Додаткові пакети слів, коли вони доступні, продаються через App Store або Google Play. Оплату, податки й повернення коштів обробляє відповідна платформа за її власними правилами — ми не маємо доступу до ваших платіжних даних і не можемо самостійно повернути кошти.

Покупки привʼязані до вашого облікового запису Apple або Google. У вебверсії покупки недоступні.

Назви, оформлення, графіка та набори слів належать нам. Імена публічних осіб і назви творів, що трапляються серед слів, використані описово, у довідковому значенні, і не означають жодного звʼязку чи схвалення з їхнього боку.

Гра надається «як є». Ми не гарантуємо безперебійної роботи вебверсії і можемо змінювати, призупиняти або припиняти будь-яку її частину, зокрема склад пакетів слів.

Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Істотні зміни відображатимуться в даті оновлення вгорі сторінки.

У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі чи побічні збитки, повʼязані з використанням гри. Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує права, які надані вам законом і не можуть бути обмежені.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive right to use ELIAS for entertainment. The game may not be resold, rented, or used commercially without our written permission.

You may not decompile the app, circumvent technical restrictions, or extract the word sets for use elsewhere.

ELIAS has no accounts and requires no registration. Game progress is stored only on your device.

Additional word packages, where offered, are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Payment, tax, and refunds are handled by that platform under its own rules — we have no access to your payment details and cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account. Purchases are not available in the web version.

The name, presentation, artwork, and word sets are ours. Names of public figures and titles of works that appear among the words are used descriptively, for reference, and imply no affiliation with or endorsement by them.

The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the web version and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including which word packages are offered.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by law that cannot be limited.
